To enhance the security of your Tesla account, enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is a must. This guide will walk you through the process of setting up 2FA using the Authenticator App.
Step By Step Guide

STEP 01
For iOS: Visit the App Store and search for "Authenticator App" Download and install the app.
For Android: Head to the Google Play Store, search for "Authenticator App" and install it.

Log into your Tesla Account and click on profile settings

Look for the Multi-Factor Authentication option and click on "Manage"

An Information page will appear, Click next when you are ready to start. Enter your Tesla Account password and click on "SIGN IN"

A QR code containing a secret key will appear. Open the Authenticator app and Tap the plus (+) Button and Scan the QR code from Tesla Website. You can also manually enter 2FA key in Authenticator app if you prefer

Once your Tesla account has been successfully added to Authenticator app, Type the 6-digit code on the Tesla Website in the Passcode Field and click on "SUBMIT"
