Securing your Robinhood account with Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds a layer of protection. Follow these steps to enable 2FA using the Authenticator App.
Step By Step Guide

STEP 01
For iOS: Visit the App Store and search for "Authenticator App" Download and install the app.
For Android: Head to the Google Play Store, search for "Authenticator App" and install it.

In the Robinhood app, tap your profile icon at the bottom-right. Tap the three bars at the top-right and select Security and Privacy.

Tap Two-Factor Authentication, then choose the Authenticator App as your security method.

Robinhood will send a 6-digit code to your phone. Enter the code and copy the key provided. Tap Continue.

STEP 05
Open the Authenticator App and tap the plus (+) icon. Select Manual Setup, then paste the copied key.

Enter Robinhood as the account name, then tap Save to store the settings.

Copy the 6-digit verification code from the Authenticator App and enter it into Robinhood to complete the setup.
