Adding an extra layer of security to your Nvidia (GeForce NOW) account through Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is essential for safeguarding your account. By enabling 2FA with the Authenticator App, you can ensure that no one else can access your account even if they know your password. Follow the steps below to activate 2FA for your Nvidia (GeForce NOW) account.
Step By Step Guide

For iOS: Visit the App Store and search for "Authenticator App" Download and install the app.
For Android: Head to the Google Play Store, search for "Authenticator App" and install it.

Log into your Nvidia (GeForce NOW) account using your username and password. After you’ve logged in, click on the account icon located at the top-right corner of your screen to open the account settings menu.

Under the Security section, click on the Update button to modify your account settings. This will bring you to the area where you can enable Two-Step Verification.

In the Security section, look for the Authenticator App Code option. Toggle the switch to ON to enable the use of the Authenticator App for logging in.

Once the toggle is switched on, Nvidia (GeForce NOW) will display a QR Code. This code contains a secret key needed to connect your account with the Authenticator App. Keep this page open while you proceed to the next step.

Open the Authenticator App on your device. Tap the "+" button to add a new account. Hold your device up to the screen to scan the QR Code displayed by Nvidia (GeForce NOW).

After scanning the QR Code, the Authenticator App will automatically pull up the Nvidia (GeForce NOW) account with the associated secret key. You can choose to change the account icon if desired. When ready, tap Save.

Return to the Nvidia (GeForce NOW) webpage and enter the 6-digit code generated by the Authenticator App. Once entered, click OK to confirm the setup.
